We can offer technical solutions both for a small workshop and large international conferences. Tell us your vision of the event and we will advise you on technical implementation of your ideas, and then make them come true.

We will inspect the premises for your event and finalize the technical specifications for the equipment. If needed, we will coordinate our performance with other operators, such as providers of stage equipment, lighting or information technologies. Our technical team will deliver and install the equipment, and test its performance before the event. In the course of the conference the technicians will control the systems’ operation and will come to your aid if necessary. After the event the equipment will be dismantled and taken back to our warehouse. You do not need to think about technical aspects of the event. You will have more time for other significant activities: elaborating the content of the conference, interacting with the speakers, organizing accommodation and meals for the participants.
